My goal is to teach necessary skills and build confidence in our junior varsity players in order for them to be successful at the junior varsity level with the goal of moving up to Varsity. My emphasis is not so much on winning as it is in improving your game, learning good technique, becoming an aggressive player, and of course, having fun.
